Each experience leaves a mark. Here you can see some of the beautiful testimonials we have received -what travelers have discovered—about Guatemala, about connection, and about themselves.

I felt different after I went to Guatemala on the Cultivate Trip.
The ability to connect with the people there, and to just be a part of the culture is something that I didn't know that I needed to experience, but it's become a way of life for me. And that was the best opportunity for me.
I recommend it to anyone.

We recently returned from Guatemala. Our hosts, Greg and Victoria, were amazing. We just enjoyed being on Lake Atitlan and just the things we were able to do, and we came away with amazing attitudes.
It's nice to have really focused on gratitude and wanting what we have. So I feel like that's been really helpful coming back and we really enjoyed our time there and just loved Guatemala and that experience so much.

My son went to a Youth trip in Guatemala.
We had big expectations for his trip, and he had a great experience. But there was a particular moment after he returned, probably a couple of months after.
I will say one thing about my son is he has always had a hard time showing empathy in general. And I worried about him because of this.
We were in the car going to serve somebody, and he looked me in the eye and he said "Hey, Mom, you like to serve people, don't you?" And I was so amazed that he even noticed, because he had never noticed me as an individual or a human being before. I was just Mom, right? But he noticed me as an individual, and it helped me to see him different. It helped me to see that there is hope for him and that he can have those relationships in his life, and he can notice people in a different way.
And he did. And he still does. And I'm just so grateful for that trajectory that Cultivate helped him to see people differently.
